This unblended CTC tea originates from Harrisons Surianalle estate, one of highest tea growing regions in the world. The closeness to Annaimudi the highest peak in South India and the Eravikulam National Park famed for Nilgiri Thar adds to the pristine nature of these hills.

Our heritage in tea making dates back to the year 1857. Little wonder, Harrisons Surianalle tea is a strong bodied cup with a clean and medium toned fragrance of sweet biscuit in a dip of malt.

Surianalle in the vernacular means Land without sun. The tea bushes here derive its sustenance from the mist and clouds and the occasional peck of the sun’s rays, all of which contribute to the magical quality of these teas.

Expect the unexpected; a lot can certainly happen over this cuppa.
